South Carolina's
proposed Hard Rock theme park has taken another step
forward with the announcement that an Israeli real estate
firm will be bankrolling the $360 million project. The
Myrtle Beach theme park will tie in with the popular
restaurant chain and be open year round, according to
previous reports. No construction timeline was included
with the announcement of the funding agreement. Africa
Israel, the company ponying up the funds, developed
King's City, a bible-themed park in Eilat, Israel that
opened this past June. Hard Rock theme park is a natural
and could be a huge hit. The site for the proposed Hard
Rock theme park is a few miles inland in the popular
South Carolina vacation haven - Myrtle Beach. The Grand
Strand is already home to a wonderful, traditional seaside
park, The Myrtle Beach Pavilion. |
