The Prince
Resort in Cherry Grove is an exciting project currently
under construction surrounding and adjacent to one of
the most famous Cherry Grove landmarks: the Cherry Grove
Pier. Prince Resort Phase I is slated to open this summer,
and will embrace the most plush amenities in one of
the most desirable oceanview locations in North Myrtle
Beach, South Carolina.
The Prince Resort is being built in three phases and
when complete will be three high rise towers and a parking
garage. The new resort will feature 427 units, 486 parking
spaces, a restaurant, bar, gift shop, realtor office,
guest office center, workout facility, meeting rooms,
six pools, and a remodeled pier. Phase I will include
an 18-story oceanfront tower with pool deck, second
row 8-story parking deck, and the remodeled pier. Phase
II will include the second 18-story oceanfront tower
with a second row 9-story parking garage. Phase III
will add 10 stories of units and amenities above the
first second row 8-story parking garage.
