How can I pay for the Shuttle service? top |
|
| All reservations
must be prepaid with a credit card online. We accept all
major credit cards. You may also pay with your Paypal account.
When making a reservation, please keep in mind that all
bold fields are required. Preview your reservation and make
sure all information you've entered is acquired. |

Do I have to pay extra for Airport pickups? top |

| NO. There are no extra
Airport fees. You pay one the rate from the Myrtle Beach
Airport to your hotel. |

What if my flight arrives late? Do I have to pay extra?

| We do NOT charge extra
for our waiting time. We track all flights online. |

Would you take care of my transportation needs while I'm

your transportation needs while you are in Myrtle Beach.
We service Broadway at the Beach, all golf courses, attractions,
shows, etc. |

Can you arrange pickup from the hotel to the Airport? top

Yes. If you didn't
make a reservation online for a round trip, please give
us a call at (843) 449-4445 and we will pick you up from
your hotel and take you to the Myrtle Beach Airport. Please
keep in mind that we cannot give you the $5 a round trip
discount in this case. You can also make a reservation
online for your return trip. |

Are you 24/7 transportation service? top

| Our service is 24/7. Count
on us for all your transportation needs. |

| 9. Do you work on
a shared ride basis ? top

| No. We assign a
different shuttle for each party that books with us. We
take you from your starting point to your destination
without stopping.

| 10. How do I change
my reservation? top
|
|
| If you would like to modify
your reservation please call us at (843) 449-4445 with the
new details. |

| 11. How do I cancel
my reservation? top
|
|
| Reservations must be cancelled
4 hours or more prior to your scheduled pickup time to qualify
for a refund. Cancellations can be made by calling our main
office at (843) 449-4445 between the hours of 8:00 am and
8:00 pm ET. Cancellations CANNOT be made by e-mail or fax. |

| 12. Where is your
driver going to wait for me at the Airport? top

| We meet our customers
at the Shuttle pickup area which is just across from baggage
claim #2 and Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce 'Visitor Center'
exit. Once you make the reservation you will see a small
map of the Myrtle Beach Terminal and the shuttle pickup
in your Voucher. |

| 13. Does the service
charge include gratuity? top

|
| Gratuity is not
part of the quoted fare. Tips are optional, not mandatory.
However, it is a customary part of travel etiquette to
offer gratuity for good service. A 15 to 20 percent gratuity
is appreciated by a driver who provides good service.

What is your cancellation policy? top
|
|
We understand and believe
that, unexpected or emergency situations may arise and you
have to change your travel plans. Considering that in mind,
we keep our cancellation policy very simple.
Reservations must be cancelled 4 hours or more prior to
your scheduled pickup time to qualify for a refund. Cancellations
can be made by calling our main office at (843) 449-4445
between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm ET. Cancellations
CANNOT be made by e-mail or fax.
If you cancel your reservation within 4 hours of the pickup
time, you will be billed the entire cost for the ride. However,
if you are only canceling your old reservation in order
to make a new one, you won't be penalized for the cancellation
and the amount you have prepaid will go toward the new reservation.
Please, remember to call our main office at (843) 449-4445
if the reason for canceling is a change in your plans, day
or time of travel, airline, etc.
We will not refund payment, if cancelled less than 4
hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of no
show.
